African Agribusiness Incubation Fund

AAIF addresses one of the barriers for youth to enter into agribusiness. The financing is accessed by incubators, Small Scale Incubator Hubs, incubates, students, SMEs, cooperatives or individuals with ideas worth spreading.

Technology and innovation commercialisation

AAIN supports Startups, SMEs, Incubators, Women, Mena and youth to off-take new ideas, innovations and technologies from research to commercialization. It also supports technology development and transfer as part of the drive to mechanization. AAIN de-risks the process of commercialization on to improve the investment climate.

Youth and women engagement in agribusiness trade and investment

The Youth Engagement Strategy (YES) aims to turn youth into successful agribusiness entrepreneurs, support them to access financing, assist them acquire new technologies and innovations, and redesign the curricula to make education responsive to the market needs and trends.

Human capacity and institutional development

AAIN uses creative tools to transform education, capacitate mentors and build the capacity of incubation systems in Agribusiness. AAIN has developed education curricula from certificate to PhD level on agribusiness.
